Deacon Billy Montgomery Obituary

Deacon Billy Montgomery, age 87, of Rome, Ga. transitioned from Labor to Reward on August 28, 2019.

Mr. Montgomery was retired Air Force NCO, Deacon of Thankful Baptist Church , and past Funeral Director for the late Charles Dunbar Lynn Funeral Home.

Services for Deacon Montgomery will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Love Joy Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Eastview Cemetery.

The body will lie in state from 10:00 AM till the service hour.

**The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Monday, September 2, 2019 from 5 pm until 6 pm.
