Dr. Phebian Cietta Gray Penn, age 65, of Rome transitioned peacefully on June 21, 2025. Services for Dr. Penn's Celebration of Life will be Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Greater Bethlehem Temple Holiness Church at 1 pm. The family will receive friends from 11:30 am until the Celebration hour at Greater Bethlehem Temple. Interment will follow at Eastview Cemetery.
