Mr. Arthur "Bobby" Winston Jr., age 74, of Rome transitioned February 21, 2025. We will Celebrate the Life of Mr. Winston on Friday, February 28, 2028 at Lovejoy Baptist Church (436 Branham Ave., Rome, Ga.). Mr. Winston will lie in state from 12 noon until the funeral hour, 1 PM.

Public viewing for Mr. Arthur "Bobby" Winston Jr. will be Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 11 am until 6 pm at the Funeral Home and prior to the Celebration at Lovejoy Baptist Church.
