Mr. Kelvin C. Rucker Sr., age 56, transitioned May 3, 2020. Graveside Services for Mr. Kelvin C. Rucker will be Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 1 pm at Eastview Cemetery.

*Public Viewing for Mr. Rucker will be Monday, May 11, 2020 from 10 am until 6 pm and Tuesday, May 12, 2020 from 10 am until 12 noon.
