Mr. Melvin R. Sanford, age 68, of Cartersville transitioned Monday, August 23, 2021. Service for Mr. Sanford will be Friday, August 27, 2021 at 11 am at Holsey Sinai CME Church ( 1233 MLK Jr. Blvd. NE Rome, Ga.). Mr. Sanford will lie instate from 10 am until the funeral hour. Interment will follow the service at Eastview Cemetery.
