Ms. Charlotte Marie Williams, age 82, of Rome, Ga. transitioned November 1, 2019. We will Celebrate the Life of Ms. Charlotte Marie Williams on Friday, November 8, 2019 at Thankful Baptist Church (935 Spider Webb Dr. Rome, Ga.) at 1 pm. Ms. Williams will lie instate from 12 noon until the funeral hour.

Interment will follow the Celebration at Morning View Cemetery (Hwy 53, Rome, Ga.).
