Ms. Jaya Jabre' Garrett, age 22, of Rome transitioned October 10, 2025. The Celebration of Life will be Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 12 noon at Greater Refuge Ministries (1604 N Broad St. Rome, GA 30161). The body will lie in state from 11 am until the Celebration hour. Interment will follow at Polk Memory Gardens.
