We will Celebrate the Life of Ms. Foster on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 11 am at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (500 N Division St NW, Rome, Ga 30165). The body will lie in state at the church from 10 am until the Celebration hour. Interment will follow the Celebration at Floyd Memory Gardens (895 Cartersville Hwy SE, Rome, GA 30161).
