Mr. Rufus Ralph Wilson, Jr. age 75, of Riverdale, GA, departed this life on Monday February 3, 2025. A Memorial Service will be held at 12 pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, in the chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home & Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, GA.
He was a member of Lovejoy Baptist Church where he was baptized and worshiped at an early age. Rufus graduated from Main High School, Rome, GA, in 1967, then served in the United States Navy as a radarman. Afterwards, he went on to have a dedicated career with DeKalb County until his retirement.
Interment: Georgia National Cemetery in Canton Georgia scheduled for February 12 @ 3:00pm.
